I HAVE NO UPPER BODY STRENGTH! CAN I STILL JOIN?

100% Yes! This is the number one question we get asked on an almost daily basis. Our classes are designed for ANY shape, size & ability. You build strength as you along and classes are tailored to you! We don't leave anybody behind plus you'll be surprised at what you can actually do!

A GROUP OF US WANT TO TRY, DO YOU DO PRIVATE LESSONS?

Yes, Private lessons are available for 1 person or several people. The more people you bring the cheaper it gets per person. You can try whatever activity you like or mix and match. We even do parties, Hen do's and team building sessions too.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL LESSON IF I’M NOT SURE WHICH LESSON TO JOIN.

All of our lessons offer a try session first for a one off cost. This is great for those of you who are unsure or want to try a few different classes out first.

HOW DO YOUR PRICES WORK?

After the initial trial lesson the majority of our lessons are booked in blocks of 5. This is to keep waiting lists down, help us class plan and make sure you're learning safely. 

I AM A COMPLETE NEWBIE... WHERE DO I START?

Check out our facebook, images etc and see which class takes your fancy. We hold beginner classes in ALL of our lessons so we will make sure you're added to the right class. We were all newbies once so we have all been there and no how you are feeling.

ARE YOUR CLASSES JUST FOR ADULTS?

No! We hold classes for kids ages 5+. Under 16 sessions and adult classes in the majority of our classes. Message us for an up to date timetable to see the options.
