Team work

Inverted Lives is committed to using aerial arts, sport & fitness as a tool to help disadvantaged and vulnerable children & adults. Our aim is to support those who have been affected by abuse and neglect to find a positive outlet. Our intent is to improve emotional & physical well being, increase life skills (team work) and develop their social independence.

Health care professionals (Doctors, counsellors, social services etc) can refer a child or adult who they believe would have benefit from our classes be it for fitness, mental health or social.

We have a limited number of spaces available in our classes for Inverted Lives each month with the hope to increase this depending on funding etc.

We also have community workshops where organisations can bring up to 15 people to a workshop at our Penzance studio. There are a range of activities to choose from to cater for all.

To help increase Inverted Lives funding pot we are rolling out a pay it forward scheme where current students of Inverted Fitness have the option to pay a % on top of their usual payments to help fund the above.

If you know of an organisation that you think may be interested in what we are doing or For further information on how to refer, professionals can contact Natalie Jose by emailing
